Serving millions of customers a week in our stores, our internship roles aren’t just about having a passion for our products and supporting a team to deliver complex tasks! It’s about understanding what matters for our customers and communities to put them at the heart of everything we do.
During your paid 10-week programme, you’ll be spending time in our small and large stores getting to know our different departments, learning our routines and processes, and getting hands on experience to understand how we run our stores. Plus, you’ll have a buddy on hand to support you all the way.
You’ll be supported through your programme with a variety of learning that will build your skills and develop your knowledge. It will be a mix of leadership training, networking and time with our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) networks and leadership team.
A successful internship with us can guarantee your place on our Retail Graduate Programme when you graduate - before you’ve even started your final year of study.
We’re looking for people who love a challenge, can think on their feet and have a passion for retail. The real success in this role will come from working as part of a team as well getting to know and serving our customers and colleagues.
