Our online business is one of the largest online food businesses in the world, with over 1 million customers having their shopping delivered to their door or collected from one of our 500+ Click+Collect locations every week.
We’re focussed on making online shopping easy, saving customers time for the things that matter most to them. We do this through improving the experience of our customers, helping them to build their baskets with ease on our app, website and making sure we fulfil their orders perfectly every time they shop with us.
During your 10-week paid programme, we’ll give you real-life experience in an area of Online. You’ll also get the chance to experience working across the business, linking in with other areas to make sure our customers get the best experience possible. Plus, you’ll have a buddy on hand to support you all the way.
You’ll be supported through your programme with a variety of learning that will build your skills and develop your knowledge. It will be a mix of leadership training, networking and time with our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) networks and leadership team.
A successful internship with us can guarantee your place on our Online Graduate Programme when you graduate - before you’ve even started your final year of study.
We’re looking for interns with a passion for online. It’s not essential that you have any previous experience but it definitely helps if you can think creatively and use logic to help improve our service for customers.
